Well done boys!!Congratulations! ??????????#AsiaCup2018 #AsiaCup #INDvPAKAdnan Sami (@AdnanSamiLive) September 23, 2018India were in cruise control of the 238-run chase right from the stand as Dhawan took the mantle early on to hit the Pakistani bowlers all around the park. Even though Rohit was dropped twice, Dhawan gave no chance to the bowlers to get him out.It looked like he was batting on a completely different pitch as Rohit got a slow start and previously, even Pakistan openers had struggled to get going right away.Dhawan brought up his century in just the 33rd over as he smacked a boundary off Shaheen Afridi towards mid-off. In the next over itself, there was a mix-up between Rohit and Dhawan and the Delhi player ended up getting run-out.The commentators even went on to say that it was perhaps the only way he was going to get out on Sunday.Eventually, it took India under 40 overs to register the 9-wicket victory, ahead of which Rohit also notched up his 19th ODI hundred. The chase was set up by Indian bowlers, who pulled back things extremely well in the last 10 overs after Shoaib Malik and Sarfraz Ahmed had rebuilt the Pakistan innings despite three early blows.Jasprit Bumrah, Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal dominated the Pakistani batsmen by holding back the runs and taking regular wickets.Just like their last two matches, India put up another solid show in Dubai on Sunday.last_img read more
