first_imgPhyllis J. Spillman, 57, Greensburg, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2020 at Hickory Creek in Greensburg. She was born on January 14, 1963 in Greensburg. She graduated from North Decatur High School in 1981. She was a member of the American Legion and Moose Lodge.  Phyllis had worked at Delta Faucet, GECOM, and Val’s Discount Store. She was the daughter of Paul and Mary (Moore) Spillman, both deceased.  She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Larry (Donna) Moore and Hubert Wood. Survivors include her siblings, John (Nancy) Wood, Greensburg, Darlene Haley, Colorado, Velma (Ray) Kamman, Greensburg, Donna Spillman, Greensburg, Lonnie (Melanie) Spillman, Greensburg, Harold (Stephanie) Spillman, Greensburg. Larry (Butch) Jones, her life partner. Other survivors include several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, and cousins. Visitation for family and friends, observing CDC precautions, will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2020 from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg.  Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 p.m. on at the funeral home with Rev. Daniel Smith officiating. Interment will be held in the Shiloh Cemetery in Decatur County. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to the National Kidney Foundation.
